LiVE outside DSI... buckle up. DSI is soft... real Pharma, w real products... the pressure is MASSIVE and would crush most DSI reps. DSI has a learning curve and if you do just ok. Well that's great..... outside... well different story... if you got it leave. If you don't stay, bc you will be CRUSHED.
Unfortunately I agree. I left DSI as a striker. I thought, or at least I thought I knew "Specialty" and much more. Not the case. It's been a very, very hard adjustment. Current manager thinks I lied and I'm behind the 8-ball. Thought I knew, learning I knew nothing. My sales Tactics I'm behind, clinically I'm behind, analytically I'm behind and I was a top performer. Ugh!!!! All I think is work 24-7 now, even in my dreams!!! Was easy at DSI. CHECK THE BOX, see your horses, call it a day. Now out way early, home late, more money but very stressful.
