The corporate team wants to blame Medicare and previous CEO for their mistakes but the leadership from sw region 4 up shows signs they just don't get it and it is the same regime that sunk the company last time. They change plans every month and create confusion. They think sales is creating a new form instead of riding with the reps and truly understanding. They get their Area Managers on calls and blame them that the decisions the AM's followed failed and ask why things are not working. The irony. Truly blind leaders who have never done the actual job. If you are applying, run like hell. This company says they value employees but in their actions you can see they do not.

The company is run by arrogant assholes who deflect because they are incompetent... The contempt they feel for those who actually work in this company is transparent to anyone with a pulse. How about you corporate assholes go to a location and actually work for once... Worthless parasites sucking the company dry with your bloated salaries while harassing hard WORKING locations about overtime.... drop dead! Your lack of respect prevokes us to despise you!

Excuse me, but prepping spread sheet reports for lazy location personal isn't exactly sitting on our asses.

So are you trying to tell me you sit on your head while prepping spreadsheet reports? Well, that just changes everything... NOT
Go to hell you incompetent parasite. One week at a busy location like ours would break your weak ass... Just STFU and go back to your cubicle, put your little girl feet up on your desk and stuff you fat face with Cheetos.

Rotech will never get it. It's all about the top and we just have to accept it or move on. Moving on is our only option. Dare to think but they don't want you to think. They want you follow even when it's wrong. Robin Menchen is lost and needs to go back to billing. Although when over billing it was always fucked up. So no hope for Rotech.

Unionize... all the " working folks " should all walk out at the same time and watch the executive fuqturds drown trying to keep the locations running.
I wonder if they will have the integrity to do the work under the same restraints and obstacles they mandate that we follow or will they change the rules for themselves so they can keep up?
Hey corporate assholes! The locations are all that REALLY matter! Without us NOTHING gets done. How about some appreciation you sanctimonious pricks?!

If you are expecting the jackass's in Orlando to appreciate your efforts at the location level you truly don't understand just how Rotech operates. EVERYTHING that goes wrong is always the locations fault and if things are going well the closest thing you will get as kudo's at the location is for the lazy POS sales bitch to get a pat on the head because she gets to take the credit for YOUR efforts. The people that are actually doing the work will NEVER matter... When is the last time a donut whore thanked you ( CSR/PST ) for doing the work for them so they get those sales points? Like corporate they look down on you as a necessary evil
