34.50 per hour at 24 hrs per week for flex. Federal mileage allowance and $75 for phone/internet. Not sure about full time. It is getting worse every contract.

I'm not sure if you can do math or just blurt out stupid crap but that is a good gig. That's 72K Full time and .57 mile plus cell. That's a decent gig for contract. Very well could be 90/100K per year w/ bonus divided by two people.

50K for part time work!! Where do I sign up? Much better than the NVS Entresto Contract at full time.

I am not sure how long you have been doing this, but I started in 1998. Back then, contract was a good gig because you just called on docs and dropped samples. There was no lunch budget and no speaker programs but you could join your client counterpart. We made less than they did but it made sense because we had less responsibility. In the last 10 years or so, we have had much more responsibility for the same money. The last time I worked a flex contract, I was getting calls every week on my day off from either my manager, a doc office, caterer or contract counterpart about some issue that required me to work for at least an hour. We have the same geographical territory but less docs in each zip code, so there is still lots of driving---even more sometimes because you have to go to two or more far away areas to get enough calls in one day instead of just driving 1.5 hours there and getting all 8 calls. The admin remains the same and takes just as much time as full time. I am not complaining, but the truth is that my base pay has gone down every single contract since 2006, bonuses are capped, and now we use our own car in a huge territory and just get mileage.

There is no guarantee that full time employees are getting the same hourly equivalent. They are getting cars and benefits, so I doubt it.

I'm a previous Publicis employee and applied for flex as it fits my current lifestyle/needs. I applied a few weeks ago but never even got a call, what gives?? I have the desired background and have worked that territory. What's the magic formula?? Help! Website shows it is still available

A lot of the recruiters are young kids. They wouldn't know a good resume from a bad resume. Many are twitty. Could be a reason you have not gotten a call.
