It isn't male thing. She just canned the female rsd in Chicago. She doesn't like or respect most. She has the one 'go to' guy FLL that's her favorite, and treats the rest like crap. It's a miserable place to work.

Amen sister! As a female I too was disgusted of the reverse discrimination against men. I always believe in equality of race and gender. Women leaders not always a good thing, now... the leaders that gain my respect because they "care" and have respect for others and have values - that is one that is easy to follow.
