    I agree completely! Then they try to trash everyone's name around them when they are the ones cheating and lying, they blame everyone else for calling them out! I hope the original poster does the right thing and I hope that people do call out reps that cheat and lie. It's absolute bullshit that the rest of us have to suffer because of unethical assholes!

    If you do have or are using someones past HR or (past) file from another company you might want to rethink your strategy..You are about to get sued BIGLEY....So if you are accusing some rep of ethics violations look no further than yourself because you are about to not only loose a lot of money but your about to cost PFE a boat load of money too. This rep can only HOPE you are so stupid....they will be retired soon.

    Couple of things...
    1. You said "sued BIGLEY"... Is that BIGLEY WIGGLY the super market? Oh wait a minute. I'm thinking PIGGLY WIGGLY. You're comment sounded so red neck I got confused.

    2. But Seriously though, only if you are a protected class like a minority would this be true. If not, a company or individual can pretty much rape you in public and an HR attorney will only pursue the case after they verify that the victim is in a protected class. If your victim falls into this category like a minority, then and only then would your statement be true. I've seen these type of HR violations happen all over the place where former employees of another company will have HR info on an individual and use it to bring someone down and were successful even when blacklisting is suppose to be illegal.

    Agreed BUT when you're dealing with something like sexual-harassment, a company will mediate/settle right away, no one will ever know about it. No company, especially a healthcare one wants the public to know that they have hired a person with a past that is well documented. They won't care the race or ethnic background,

    Do you even understand what defamation means? Defamation is speaking about or making someone look bad because you're an asshole! When you have evidence against someone that is true and their behavior may continue within their next company, that is not defamation. Companies don't want a liability, they only care about themselves. Wake the fuck up and learn how reality works!

    Wow you are a moron! If someone has past evidence of someone cheating, lying or anything that has to do with sexual harassment and that behavior continues within this company then that is a lawsuit the company will LOSE! It's called negligent hiring practices among many other things.
