These products will be a complete failure. You simply cannot compete against generics, unless you're able to secure manage care wins, which of course, will never happen. And never happens when DSI has managed markets responsibility. These products will suffer the same fate as Sprix and Savaysa. And quite honestly, the only reason Movantik had any success is because AZ was in control of managed care. If it was DSI's responsibility, Movantik wouldn't have even had a chance.

KK and RL- I hope you guys can see this as clearly as the rest of the organization. Open your eyes. You can't possibly think it's a good idea to move forward with these products.

Another question is...... why even have a hospital sales force any longer?! IMO they should be the ones worried. Effient is a hospital drug. Savaysa? Somewhat. But these new products..... no way and Injectafer? Forget it

Boy are you spot on - who in the world would use IV Iron in the hospital, unheard of! That's as crazy as going to an outpatient clinic to get infused.
You should call marketing immediately and share your insight

I'm hoping to get some honest feedback. I'm interviewing for a hospital position with dsi. Is she role secure? Are they dedicated to this role? And whats the pay range? Please answer honestly. Thank you.

If you polled the sales force, everyone would tell you to go elsewhere. Operating in the red for 2017, so you'll have to be able to endure uncertainty to come over here. If that's not your cup of tea, then keep looking.

I would like to think management didn't think Hydexor would contribute too much to sales. But I have to say I have been with DSI for a while and I have never been so confused as to what my role is. But whatever you do, do not go toHem/Oncs in fact avoid all hospitals as well. Again, major confusion. And it seems like
DSI PAY SHIT COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE INDUSTRY

When is that Welchol candy bar coming out? Ken, do you have the ability to discern winners from losers?

How about a Benicar candy bar?

DSI's business model is to buy/aquire drugs that no other company wants. Hence, Morphabond.

Congrats DSI. You are the proud new owner of another big brown turd.

interviewing for a position and my understanding is that these two drugs morhabond and the IR have anti abuse and anti tampering fda approved labeling so why are you all down on these. no generics have anti abuse.tampering technology associated with them and having been in the pain space 10 years that is definitely something that pain doc want and will use in the current environment. so, why all the negative surrounding these? they sound pretty good, as long as managed care is on board they should be solid product.
honest replies please, I need to know what is going on with company so I can make a legitimate decision on the position.

Don't expect cafepharma to give you an accurate view of the company. It's still a good place to work. If managed care is there I'll be glad to have the new drugs to sell. IF!
