I've ever seen morale this low

    Lack of leadership

Lack of a cause that excites people

    Greed to his utmost core

Energy levels leading to despair and depression

Why waste who knows how much money
    On these awful meetings

They actually open the eyes up to all at how uninspired leadership is.

It is shocking. There is NO MOTIVATION. You are crazy if you think this meeting inspired anyone!!!!!!!

People are living in "I hope I don't get fired" vs "I'm so inspired"

You SUCK at inspiring your amazing Billy talented sales force

This sales force is the best but is not seeing full potential because of horrible leadership, lack of faith even in people.

Read some books- 10X rule for instance

Wake the f**** up!!!!! You have to get over yourself Fleming!! This company needs some major inspiration and Boring monotone speeches are not the way

Flemming is a psycho for putting Perry in the position he's in. Perry is a terrible sales leader. The worst I've ever seen.

It was a meeting of forced enthusiasm, fake smiles, and a week of drinking just to get through the day. The more Perry tries to be liked the more fake his words are. All he tells us is how great the customer facing thield thorce is but in reality he is all smoke and mirrors.

What a waste of a week, I feel sorry for the Baxalta people at least the rest of us knew what to expect

Talked to a lot of legacy Shire people, sounds like the min KK and PS came over things started to go downhill quick! There used to be free time and the meetings were more fun, not this constant BS, forced fun, and going from 7am to 6pm with no time to breathe.
Seriously the amount of general sessions was nauseating, and that motivational speaker was truely awful! I mean seriously WTF was he talking about? He rambled on and on. This meeting could have EASILY been condensed into 3 days instead of dragged out a week. Not to mention the certifications....come on what are we in primary care? It's not necessary (and no its not bc of legal) is bc they want us to do it not bc we HAVE TO.

Brother, I could tell you stories about those two idiots that would make your head spin. Unfortunately I signed a confidentiality agreement so I could get PAID. But those two are rotten people. Plain fact.

One big problem is how fake the entire meeting was, it was another opportunity for PS to gather his minions and force us to stand up and applaud, how many times he had to tell us about the exco being there all week because WE are the most important people in the entire organizations, the customer facing field force, it was an absolute joke!! I asked another rep what were the 3 things he was leaving with that will help him sell on Monday morning, THE only thing he could come up with was a new patient profile that could have been handled over a conference call, think about that??? what a waster and more people are leaving that meeting disengaged, unfucking believable!!!

Way to go PS you are a great and inspiring leader!

Overall the meeting was a fun and productive event. We learned a lot and had free time to socialize with old and new friends. The notes was great, food was fine, and the drinks were refreshing! I know a number of the oldsters complained about being away from home but most of us enjoyed a week away from our sales territories and embraced the opportunity to meet with senior management and refresh for a great 2017! YOLO!

Fake news! This jerk off posted the same nonsense after the last meeting.

As a legacy Baxalta person, I am depressed. This meeting was phony and big pharma to the max. How many worthless general sessions do we need. Waiting for next retention bonus then adios. Wow, what a horrible experience. I miss Baxalta. Doing great things for patients in need. This reminds me of my first pharma job in 2000.

This company needs to stick to selling Xiidra and Vyvanse. These are the only drugs that can be managaed by increased reach and frequency. Shire knows NOTHING about rare disease and it was painfully obvious from the meeting. I would guess that next years sales NSM has 30-40% of new faces due to turnover.

I also found it very refreshing and left with a feeling of empowerment. I'll be #1 in district and region after this great meeting of the minds. I clinged to my manager the whole week and did some major ass kissing.
Gets me what I need and off radar.

Just because you responded a second time doesn't mean that it counts as two reviews. Go back to ass kissing your BMI challenged manager and get off our board where we tell the truth about this 3rd rate company.

It happened for me and the rest of my Region. Losers will always hate.
