what the fu-- was Trace thinking about having 2 hours of role plays at the end of the day? On top of that he has account mgrs come in the front of the room and present? Lundbeck's culture is changing just a bit at a time...

This was one thing when I came here 5 years ago was that role playing in small groups was more effective than a large scale role play where it's fake...Lundbeck tells us to protect the culture and fu------ Trace wants to bring these back...what a doucebag! We were here way before you Trace so quit trying to bring big pharma into our great company!

glover can barely say 3 consecutive words.

First time I met him in home office I assumed we was an entry level sales rep.

It was ridiculous! The fact that they gave no preparation is shit! The RBD's and ASM's that are supposed to help protect Lundbeck's culture screwed it bad today on this one...didn't have the balls to step up and tell Trace that is one thing that we all agreed we like about Lundbeck is the role play in front of big groups...looks like we have a bunch of YES leaders that want Trace to just like them.

role plays are fake anyways so just fake it and smile...don't try and be real life at all or you will get docked...wait I thought Lundbeck wanted to have a better culture than this and for us to be open...nope shut the fu-- up and do those role plays or else...Trace is slowly bringing back big pharma...what an asshole...John arena would have never had us do that

just focus on hitting 1.5B for Kare. That's all they care about and nevermind getting a piece of stock ownership. The circus is in town and you decide which act you want to play

If you heard JA and the pipeline and you are NOT worried, you were asleep

We paid off our debt so now we have a nice pool of cash for Kare to get paid and get those millions. The Lundbeck stock price presentation was a comedy. It has gone from 100 to 300+ in about 18 months yet nobody in the USA who is the key driver of performance has a penny to show for it as owners in our success. Meanwhile JA just tap danced when asked and said "I hear ya" like that's going to address it. But wait... we are paying you on parity based on all these companies so nothing will change. Oh by the way those who get extra raises. What companies share their private payroll data??.... we want to retain people yet we have a lot of people who don't know how to change at the top and do the right thing for patients with access to our medications. The increase in bonus per trimester did not equate to a increase in the budget of bonus payout of the whole company.... the grids just were modified to ensure the high payouts were not as high making it hard to blow it out.

No surprise, but they just announced that the are discontinuing the Alzheimer's program.

Very soon neuro will have nothing to sell except Northera.

Good luck hitting that 1.5 B.

For those koolaid drinkers still hanging in there.
2016 year end sales just came out.
2016 US sales of Xenazine, a drug that hasn't been promoted for >year sold more than Trintellix and Rexulti combined. Does it matter if 55% of sales came from US if they aren't enough to pay the bills?
    Wake up people.

They are going to have to acquire some more non-psych assets or gut a huge part of the company.

If Trin and Brex were enough to get the job done we would know by now. Trin was predicted by leadership to be a 2 billion USD peak sales drug. Talk about koolaid...

Total 2016 sales of Trintellix were $84 million: US Lundbeck portion.

We had to role play today in neuron break out sessions. I don't see what the big deal is. You psych reps are loony tunes.

Role plays are the perfect time killer when management doesn't know what else to say or do.

First, the meeting should have ended at noon on Thursday, with the awards dinner on Wednesday. Friday was the worst use of our time that you could imagine.

Second, someone tell me why he AFT's and FT's NEVER have to role play what "good looks like"!! Why in the hell do we have them in the first place? Also, have you ever seen your ASM role play since the inception of the company? No, because they would fall apart, that's why!

Third, simply stated, there is literally no pipeline, except for 35700, which will likely fail. If they think additional indictions will make up for the loss of Xenazine and Sabril in 2017, and Onfi a year or so later, they are nuts!

The non-answer about stock options/ grants was horrible. Admit it, you just don't want to give them to us. There is no other reason.

All in all, I got absolutely nothing out of the meeting, except the talks by Mattingly and Citrome, which were excellent.

Was there a question about stock or options? During the Q & A with John and the others? Because in the session I was in the questions were of no use at all.

Heard there was a question in re stock options, but JA said no. Meeting should have ended Thursday. Friday was definitely a waste. The huge forecast with Sabril going off patent and Xenazine continuing to lose ground every month, will be next to impossible. I swear I thought JA said when talking about "removing obstacles" out of our way, he indicated we were not forced ranked. Hate to break the news, but we are.

Saw where some ASM's have only 6 reps! That's insane! Lot's of waste.

JA said we will not be ranked regionally cuz it isn't right and fair but we ARE ranked nationally so how can that be fair? I want to be ranked regionally.
