Great post! You're right, there is NO pipeline! Then why are we wasting money on this meeting? Maybe the cost of the meeting would save a few jobs when layoff hits, and the 150 Takeda CNS reps take our jobs.

Also, what in the hell do the AFT's do to earn their extra money? Have a couple of useless conference calls? They, like trainers and ASM's, never get in front of the room to role play!! Isn't that part of their job descriptions?

Good questions about the AFT's and trainers. I've never seen a trainer role play, not that I would get anything out of it. If this is nothing more than a role play meeting, it just shows that they are becoming more and more out of touch with us with each and every meeting. In re the new Takeda CNS salesforce, it would not be a stretch to think they are our replacements.
