Please help with Gallup. Does anyone have the questions? Interview on Friday.

Really no way to prepare for it as everyone said when I was getting ready. Depending on position, tailor your answers to what they want to hear. For instance I remember one about salary vs commission and which I would prefer. Of course I went commission and said you only kill what you eat blah blah. If you say salary sounds better to you I bet the interview stops there because they want hungry reps, not comfy ones. I have no idea how I did but did get the job. Have the mentality of job first, life second when you talk and all will probably be fine would be my advice.

I am curious about the Sports Med side of Stryker. How is the business doing? How happy is that sales team. What is an average salary look like, base vs. commission?

I took the gallup last week and received zero feedback from gallup and Stryker but did get an e-mail saying I am moving on in the process. Make sure to have examples of how you took initiative, being creative, and tailor your answers like a normal sales interview such as being hungry, never feeling satisfied, and willing to do whatever it takes to win.
