195 is very realistic. If you are lucky enough to have a couple large teaching hospitals 215-225 isn't out of the question

 

I am not saying there is not a couple territories doing this, but this is laughable for the "average" territory. Recruiters sell a pipe dream.

 

Other than maybe 5%, $95 -$120K max. Anyone that tells you different is full of shit.
