Never received a package to mail my cell phone back

    Were we supposed to give the portable coolers to the person who came to check us out or the refrigerator vendor when they picked up the fridge?

    nah. You get to keep those coolers. They don't want them. I sold mines on eBay.

    The guys that picked up my fridge did not pick up my coolers, a whole separate company came for those. Also, how do we know if they received our severance agreement and when payments will start?

    this is the most unorganized sh!t show I've ever been a part of. I have been calling the help desk & HR for WEEKS to let them know that buzio (sp?) had not yet contacted me, only to be told to sit tight. Finally, last Friday I got an HR person that had enough sense to figure out that Buzio had the wrong number for me (they had been given my company number- the one that was shut off within hours of finding out I was let go). So we schedule my closeout & pick up...here's my question:

    You need to close out before they can pick up fridge/coolers, right?

    They just came to get my fridge, but the guy isn't coming to close me out until Sunday... I don't have clue what's going on, but I'm in good company because no one does.

    When someone shows up who wants to pick something up I say give them anythjng they will take and keep a paper copy of what they took. Sanofi can sort it out on their end. It took a day to cut us off from everything with no notice, not even the 60 days I thought was required by the warn act. WTF.

    Now, a month later, we all want to get on with our new jobs and lives and end this humiliating and demoralizing time with this company and they cant even figure out a way to come get their crap on time.
