    A lot depends on your wage index. Most wound care centers only care about what they make in each procedure. At times it seems that our upper managers here don't have a clue. Not sure where the bright idea came from on splitting up territories. Why are they creating new territories for the VA reps? Why can't they continue to sell to the VA?
    Ask why there is such high turnover.

    Got a call about this position in the Midwest. In device now but money looks better for this opportunity. What's the work life balance? Typical day? Challenges? Why are people leaving ?

    Absolute proof you're either one of the douchebag managers, an HR fool, or just a run of the mill idiot. Why wouldn't complete and utter anonymity be a good place to find true feelings about a company? Nothing breeds honestly like inebriation and anonymity.
