    2 resignations 1st week of the new year and many more to follow. Cardio crew is running this place into the ground. for those who are still here the NSM is going to be a nightmare filled with CH's roleplay workshops and a presentation from a thought leading MD who's thrown off the stage after 10 minutes b/c we have to get back to those role play certifications. Really....role play certifications. Ask the poor souls on the specialty side how their last POA was. we will be told how "home office" would get out there and sell an overpriced too late to the game product that has no mortality benefit vs. comp. some of us were forced to come over b/c medco ditched us and others were drug kicking and screaming from the large bonus money they were making in their NICU's. division made in hell! but it was a great idea to have us selling 2 products used for the same indications in hospitals and thinking that 1 would not hurt the other.

    You don't like the roleplay workshops? Do you think the puppet CH made those? Oh, yeah, she wrote them, but only because JZ and everyone else - not in the training department - have asked for them and are convinced that those are going to make us better reps. Who ever heard of the Training Department reporting to the Sales Department? HUH? CH is coasting to keep herself in that office as long as possible. For many home office people it's a game of keeping your job and staying off the radar. They make decent money, why rock the boat? As far as selling goes? Most of them don't even know what field people actually do for a living, only what they are told. Comon.... I'll buy you a drink at the NSM. Lighten up.

    I agree, lighten up!! There are a lot of companies that are far worse, and if you really can't deal, find something better, and just move on. Life is too short.

    Hood is much better than KP. All but 1 are trying to leave that team.

    The Culture is still in the Toilet and there is no light at the end of the Tunnel. Numerous openings and now Bravo points given. Why doesn't management see the problem and make the adjustments? Its the Culture idiots and not one single Bravo point is going to fix the situation at hand!! Wake up please ,before you lose half your sales force! Also IC (incentive Compensation) plans are designed to attract and retain key employees... your plan here my friend is not at all an IC plan. 20 years in pharma and I have never heard of taking money away from from the product you did make goal on to punish you for not making goal on the other drugs? Is that really what you think IC means?
