I have been here for years also and the Exogen growth they want is ridiculous. More than than double the growth expected compared to what was given to me the last couple years if you do the math on avg rev unit.

You obviously don't work here. Love how these ex reps try to stir the pot trying to get reps to disclose info. Fact is you're wrong

existing rep here. Fact is some reps are given the burden of carrying the quota for other reps. Happens each year. It's resume time for me.

Good luck bro! Hope your quota increase is less than 24k in your next job. 10 orders (highest I have heard with higher volume reps) * $2400 (company avg.). I bet your one of those reps that bounce jobs every 2 years because the honeymoon quotas are gone and you aren't truly as good at sales as you think you are.

My teammate told me she has to do either 24 or 26 more compared to last year. I know it was 2 or more per month. Do the math on that? She is not happy? Obviously it is not a standard or same % increase for everyone? Directors have no say either like the past?

I would call BS on that 24. DoS's didn't touch quotas, only AVPs. It was cut and dry based on your current job title,if you have dedicated help or not and based on high volume or low volume orders per period. My dos copied and pasted the growth number diagram so it's black and white. It is almost impossible to believe her statement. Also, you are polishing up your resume based on peers growth number?! That sounds smart.

This is almost impossible to believe. DoS's didn't touch quotas, only AVP's. My dos copied and pasted the % breakdown per rep title today. It is black and white and very realistic. You have asr, and less than 20 orders per month your bump was larger (it should be). It is almost hard to believe her number went up 26. What's even more bold of you is to stand up for her and put your resume in the market. Top notch friend

Quotas are very modest. If this had a like button you'd see many reps agree.
