Lovell hell

They need to fire the Lovell's. Why is it they get to break policy but bring married and working together? Always teaming up on people to get there way.

 

Did you mean by being married? Assuming you meant that., Yes I agree.

 

They are both effective at their respective jobs. They are both loyal to the company. They both have the trust of the CEO. Part of being effective at your leadership job is identifying employees that deserve recognition and employees that need to be coached or let go. If two trusted leaders are making your life "hell" you may want to look inward and buff up your resume.

 

They may be loyal but that is because they can't work anywhere else and make the money they are now. All they know is how to milk Rotech. Mrs Lovell tells the higher ups what they need to hear but is a terrible leader who does not have the respect a leader should have. The other is nicer but stops you buy taking what he can from you. Tank help? There is no help from tank help.
Obviously it's a double standard and the policies only apply to the minion's. I am in my last week and have taken the advice of moving on. I want to work for a company that follows policy for all not the few. A company that actually understands business because people laugh when I tell them where I work. I'm tired of being the losing company but as long as people like Seleta are there it will never change.

 

You can tell this one was typed by someone who does not work under them. I agree with the one who said they are milking it. Rotech has the good old buddy system and apparently if the CEO likes you that is all that matters. I have had these two tag team me on email and can only say of course corporate will never see it. You have to be under them to know how they really are. Same regime for last 20 years. Or will not change until. Tim, Robin, and Jackie are gone. They will not leave because no one wants chief officers that fail. Rotech won't last much longer and without bankruptcy they would have already been gone. What this company needs is real leaders not the fake leadership we have all seen. It is funny really. They think they are so great but yet they are despised but those who truly make things happen on a daily. I left Rotech 6 months ago and these post just confirm I made the right decision. Now I work for a real company and they actually care about their employees. What a concept hu? Rotech is a joke.

 

I worked for Seleta Lovell and agree it is wrong. Seleta just tells you what you need to hear and then blows you off. Delwin is an ass but is better that his wife. I say Seleta should resign because she has lost her edge and does not care about anything but herself. I know this sounds harsh but it is very true.

 

Wow it is about time this has been brought out. These two live in a dam fantasy because they blow smoke up the CEO, COO, butts. If only the level of corruption these two have done could be exposed. I call them the stoppers because they seem to enjoy stopping you from doing well. Seleta is the worst and thinks she can do whatever she wants and I guess she can because she does.

If you want to know why the company is in such disarray? Just sit in on a conference call with Tim Pigg and you have can't help but laugh out loud... It's so embarrassing. I'm wondering if he is the result of an amorous encounter between brother and sister? Seriously.... I can hear banjos playing in the background

 

Will Delwin finally admits what we all know he felt. He "knows more" than us. He has never ran a location but he knows how many Pst's you need and how many vans. Takes you down to one Van so you cannot do set ups. Ask how will I do set ups and no answer. Go to tank help and your told to rip oxygen away because they use more tanks than superior Delwin allows.Thank you Delwin for your superior knowledge. Thanks for making us limp when we could be running.

 

She needs to retire. She is a bitch but acts all nice. She ruined my area by picking on the one boss we had that cared until he finally gave up and resigned. After he resigned she did what he recommended. I guess she wanted him out. Tired of Rotech running off those who dare think.

The worse part is the other half or uglier half. Seleta Lovell ran off my best AM. She misrepresented him to corporate because she was intimidated by him. After he left it has not been the same. She just blows smoke at you but could care less. As long as the Lovell's have Robin and Tim fooled nothing will change. Apparently our brilliant leaders are not so brilliant after all.

I been reading these threads about Lovell Hell. I worked for Rotech over 5 years ago and these things went on then to. I realize there is much hate for the unfairness but you have to realize that those above Seleta don't see what you see. She tries to please those equal to or above her but hides who she really is. Rotech has a history of losing the best and retaining the worst so just get out of the company. You can post online all you want but those who decide will never believe it. Let karma do its job and move on.
