in my decade and 1/2 with the company, this is by far the worst compensation plan just rolled out for 2017. I have been told that the sales advisory group stood by and let JL,, BW, AA and Furtaw shove all this garbage on the sales force. It is designed to disqualify those that normally would make it. Who ever heard of hitting your quota at a capital company and being disqualified because of a disposable that someone thinks needs to be sold. How about the power hungry compliance Dept from pharmaceuticals that now will disqualify your payout due to some over zealous assignments from home office. This place continues to deteriorate. Last I checked this was a sales company. Who cares where it comes from just that revenue is generated. It seems as though instead of cutting the top heavy middle management staff they decided to take it from the sales force. Shame, shame, shame on management.
Yeah..... It is terrible. They want us pushing repair/service contracts to try to get market share back from 3rd party companies, yet we get screwed with half the commission we would make on new scopes. You want us to get aggressive??? Get competitive with pricing and pay us our full commission. Oh yeah...... how about coming out with some new products while you are at it. At least, in the words of Chris Smith, I should come out ahead with the new car plan......HAHAHA (thumbs way down).
It is just sad that Chris Smith cannot find a job in another company because no one in their right mind would take him. He will be stuck here as he kisses ass to his upline who believes him because they are too out of touch to call BS.
