People are so soon to forget that! Meanwhile there are companies peddling devices that take weeks, even months in some cases depending on how long it takes for the monitor to come back, for the results to come back. God bless those patients lol

Not to mention the multitudes of companies out there selling devices with 'good enough' algorithms which regularly miss serious arrhythmias. God bless those patients too!

Every monitor currently on the market is, to some degree or another, inferior to PocketECG. That is a fact. If anyone here would like to contest that statement, I have one question: does your algorithm perform autonomous real-time PVC counts? Didn't think so! And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Y'all can relax, none of this matters anymore. Joe hath come down from on high a spoketh upon his flock, "Ye shall go forth and flourish... just not here. Adios."

HA!!! yeah, with all those patients dying from PVC's..... Gotta have a PVC count in real time!! What an idiot...

There is no disputing the greatness of Pocket ECG and it's reporting. However others are catching up. 2017 should prove to be interesting in this space.
Footnote! The fat lady sang! Ding Dong Spectocor is done! Finally after all the lying, cheating and stealing; Joe B finally conceded to defeat! Medilynx now the sole provider of Pocket ECG. Joe B may or may not have walked away with a bag of money. But one things for sure; he's going down as the worlds biggest loser in cardiac monitoring! Had it all! Shit it away! Screwed a lot of great people along the way. The company officially should end Feb 28th!
The one thing many wanted to see, probably won't happen, is Jail Time for Sloppy Joe!
Happy New Year! New Jobs for some, Pink Slips for others!
I hope Andy is selective in the reps he keeps! God knows there's a couple douche bags in the bunch!
    Peace Bitches! (((Mic Drop))))

So now all the reps are hired by Medilynx. They get to now go to their clients and say. Hey, stick with me. We are no longer, lying, cheating and stealing from your patients and insurance carriers! We are sorry for not telling you we lied, cheated and stole. Because we were getting rich in the process! Here's your new log in! Andy shouldn't have hired any of them. They all knew what was going on! Shame on Medilynx and Shame on the reps! I hope the clients see what really went on and what's happening! It's a debacle!

Both companies are liars .. eventually Andy will also be caught., terrible the brother that took over the company and had nothing took over what the other brother built,, bad ownership, greed and bad leadership lead to all of this...

Medi-Lynx has employed Tony S. Guarantee his hands have become dirty these past few years. Now that Andy has taken over the Spectator mess only means more dirt.
Look at some of the larger practices that have already left due to similar billing tactics.

well many companies will extend their client due to this. No doubt! Sadly it leaves many people with uncertain futures. I wonder if Joe loses sleep at night wondering "if I only hired a real executive" "if I only had a clue how to run a successful "billion dollar company" (some of you will get that!).... if I didn't leave an idiot in charge of it all while I went and played rancher and sugar daddy! His lifestyle is in for a rude awakening! Medilynx will be surpassed by others who have caught up. There are many others out there now that provide equal or better services without being so labor intensive!

No one said anyone was going to die from PVC's.

Thing is...if an algorithm is incapable of capturing PVC's, what else is it missing? PocketECG captures EVERY SINGLE IRREGULAR BEAT. Does your monitor do that? Do you feel comfortable telling a doctor to use your 2nd rate monitor when they could've had the best? Just so you could make a dollar?

Thing is, truly this algorithm doesn't catch all irregular beats. It takes a very skilled technician to filter through the event view and trends to actually identify anything the algorithm misses (which is a lot). I've seen it call clear as day afib as NSR countless times. I've seen pecg call out some really dumb things. It never catches 3rd degree, or 2nd degree. This product is complete junk without good technicians. JB never recognized that, he fell for Marek's bs that his stuff was golden and infallible. Joe would be quick to head hunt a technician that missed something when 9 times out of 10 it was the software screwing up. He and Juan both rarely recognized good techs but would always seek out those who "messed up."

I'm willing to bet that any of you sales reps don't even know the process that actually goes into providing these reports. You guys are just as bad as Joe and Juan about how you treated the technicians. All of you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I for one am glad that Spectocor is toast, I've seen the lies and the cheating from the inside. I've seen good people have their morals dragged through the dirt because of a paycheck, I've had good managers and bad managers. I had good experiences in the beginning, but now I just look forward to the end of my shift. This place has gone to hell. And the reps were always terrible to us, the executive team was like being in an abusive relationship where we get smacked around and every once in a while they would come in laughing and joking and tell us everything will be ok.

But back to the software, please don't tell lies and say pecg catches every single irregular beat... it clearly doesn't, otherwise there wouldn't be a mountain of missed urgent notifications every Monday morning. These lies need to stop now. People have died on this device because the software missed stuff and failed to alert the technician. And that's no exaggeration. Patient was in 3rd degree and her heart rate slowed down over the course of a few HOURS until she just died, MH called on it when it was found and told the truth to the Dr and a few weeks later he was gone. Then the mass exodus of QAs (JB, NM, SP, BRC) managers that have been here forever. Now we don't have anyone who knows how to really use this software anymore, and for the sake of the patients, this place needs going under. I hope Medilynx picked up some of those folks, cause they really knew their stuff and it would be dumb to let them go to the competition.

I for one hate using this program and can't wait for the unemployment so I can go back to school.

So much truth in the previous response.

Yes PECG does a continuous recording. That's about the only good thing it does. The devices and the software really do suck. It does not catch it all. That's why there where so many lies. Oh and the lies do come from both Spectocor and medi-lynx. That's they're bread and butter. Do you really think they're going to call a physician and say your patient had a 20 second pause or any other urgent but the system missed "nope". They were to scared and let them $$$ blind them.

if only Spectocor was honest about everything and did not teach the QA managers how to lie, that place would have been a great place to work and would have so much success. But, would've, should've, couldve. The ship has sunk.

Well from the previous poster responses looks like you do a great job with PVC's.... But God forbid patient has any heart blocks, or AF.... HAHAHAHA!!

I don't know where you guys come up with this stuff. I've never once heard an electrophysiologist complain about any of these things. The algorithm automatically labels blocks, and on the offhand chance that it missss a block (I haven't seen this in 5 years), it also labels every single little missed beat ... which then gets looked at by a technician, who would then see that the missed beat was actually a block. Missed urgent notifications are a result of spastic doctors who make weird changes to their notification protocol...technicians don't always pay close enough attention to the doctor's custom notification orders...which can lead to missed notifications...but that has nothing to do with the algorithm missing something. I literally do around 1,000 patients/month for some time now and it's been YEARS since I had a doctor complain about a missed notification. I'm sure 1,000 patients/month is probably hard to believe for you Cardionet reps who've had your territories cut down to pieces over and over again while you share your commission with three other clowns who literally did NOTHING to earn the referral. AFIB? Pfft!!! You really want to go there? PocketECG has the same sensitivity and specificity that you get with a traditional holter. The results have been published for some time. Try google searching "PocketECG cardiologyjournal.org" and read the article titled "PocketECG a new continuous...". I suspect it may be a little ermmmm high-brow for most of the people on here, but I'll throw it out there anyway. And PocketECG provides AFIB burden on all patients, not just those who qualify for telemetry...which is basically every other company out there to my knowledge. You guys are really annoying me with your misinformation, so I won't be back here. But I'll leave you with these little nuggets of information. Good luck selling boys! You're gonna need it. And enjoy sharing those commission checks with your inept sales managers!

One last thing...and this is aimed squarely at you Cardionet reps...your algorithm doesn't catch AV block. The only way your algorithm can catch AV block is when it triggers on bradycardia. Which means that your algorithm is only catching AV block that happens to fall in to your bradycardia (or possibly pause) parameters. You know what that means? Your algorithm (as well as every other algorithm to my knowledge) is missing AV blocks all over the place. You guys really need to brush up before you try to disparage the best algorithm in the industry. Nothing else is even close right now. Putting the ball back in your court and then I'm out...if your algorithm misses PVC's (AND MISSED BEATS)...what else is it missing?? Have fun selling your second rate monitors, splitting your commissions with your clown managers...and hopefully none of your patients perish from undiagnosed AV blockages!

    Loser poster at loser company....
    Yeah, great detection:
    AF detection
efficacy yields are: AF Se, AF+P: 94.6% and 95.1%
