Our long national nightmare is over. Everyone please give our new colleagues the Abbott Salute as they begin their journey being slowly but surely abbotized over many years.

Best to relax and accept the inevitable. It only hurts if you resist. Those few that remain won't recognize the place a year from now. Good luck!

SLANDER ON Matthew Taylors site ?

Iam a pain physician in Houston/ Spring Texas area and I completely agree with the Neurosurgeon in Houston. St Jude's AVP Jason Offinger is not professional and thinks he knows more than physicians who are Board Certified and Fellowship Trained. He missed his calling as a used car or aluminum siding salesman. He is not respected by any of our physicians and because of him and his side-kick Keith we will never use any St Jude products. It is somewhat refreshing to read all these great doctors voicing the same concern. I also agree the St Jude-Abbott employee posts are sooo obvious and only further provide further examples of the pathetic CS's and TM's under his direction.I was just sent this feed from a former president of ASIPP. The last statement from the St Jude rep in support of the AVP Offinger simply supports what all these physicians are stating...low character of his CS's, TM's, and RBM's. The ignorant rebuttal focuses on making more money that the far more educated, skilled, heroic personas of these physicians. Mr Offinger would only be on the box of Wheatees if it was the Special Olympics Edition. All the other device makers love that Offinger is with St Jude because he and his low-rent team drives millions of dollars of business to them. I applaud all the physicians voicing the truth about the unprofessional and very unethical practices of Jason Offinger. After reading all these obvious factual accounts I will end all affairs and cases with St Jude and call the local Boston Scientific, Nevro, and Nuvectra reps to gear up for my business!!!!

Looks like a Boston Scientific, Nevro or Nuvectra rep is getting scared of lost business.

Very strange. The abbreviations TM, RBD, etc. give away that a rep wrote the above and not a physician. Physicians speak and phrase differently. Sad. I don't have a dog in this hunt-Former Boston a while back, with friends at Abbott, Nevro, and some at Boston still. Speaks to the pressure the rep who posted that is under and reflects poorly on the industry. I am not a holier than though myself, but guys, rise to the greatness of this industry. Its tough out there, and competitive, but don't stoop that low. Go get 'em.
