Not so funny, at least 2 class action suits were actually filed this morning. More to follow. Those news drops earlier in November were just exploratory, the shit just got real. Will they just rape the company for more money or will they go after the individuals that lied?

 

Hearing that corporate has brought in the BCG guys again. This time to sell the whole shibang to an unsuspecting sucker. Soo ironic that the BOD that thought Zimmer+Biomet made sense, but now realize their team don't have the chops or processes in place to swallow Zimmer+Biomet+LDR+Cayenne+The Rest. I figure I can hang on for a while to see what happens. Anyone know how Medtronic or J&J handle severance for reps?

 

Dvorack worked magic on the 4Q prelim estimates. The CFO on down to the bean counters need to be audited. There is no possible way legally these numbers are right. But he did what he was hired to do, stock is up over 5 last 2 days. Time to get some more options.....
