Your research is not accurate and she is not a pleasant person to those who don't worship her.. She made it clear she was ranked a 1 so fall in line, embrace the culture of metrics, and you just might be able to kiss the ring. The listening calls are a waste of time along with the other busy work we are required to do. I told her about an issue I was having and my manager informed me that JH feels I need to be coached. How do you coach through a no see account? She expects us to lie about calls and contacts which is silly. If we get the job done who cares how many call we make. The lack of true sales experience at the upper level is why we have such metrics in place. The culture is dismal and productivity has decreased under her.

You people have no idea what went on in NC about ten years ago with rogue female rotation managers.

Chicago has lost 2 RD's and I've lost count of how many reps since the new regime took over. Chicago is a difficult place to do business and it has been that way for a long time. The pressure applied to Chicago has pushed everyone to seek a new job with a company who will show them respect, appreciate their work and treat them like a valued employees. Have fun filling these openings JH,

First of all, that's a totally new thread.....Chicago ! Why in the world would anyone want to live, work, or raise a family in safety in Chicago ?

The Illinois PAM AJ just left for another job. JH asked him to call her so they could talk about why he was leaving. The fact that she does not see the problems shows how inept she really is.

If the inexperienced ball buster she hired for Illinois is any indication of her vision for management we are doomed!

I don't know if it's a male/female thing with JH. I think it's more of a "fall in line, kiss my ring and bow to your queen" thing with her. Worthless and everything that's wrong with GSK. Time to leave.

It is a male thing with her. Outside of her Wisconsin favorite, guys are doomed under her. She's insecure and tries to validate herself by being a literal ball buster. And whoever said the culture has gotten better, wrong!

Gray hair has seen 8 of 10 act this same way.
