Whats the average comp for your PV Reps? Are AngioVacs moving?

    PV at plan is ~$160K
If you want to survive in this company only sell AngioVac, otherwise your ass is on the line no matter how well you do. In fact, you may be fired even when over 100% of plan if you don't sell AngioVac despite NOT having established upfront product buckets with associated quotas. People are miserable here and the culture is miserable. The EMT is disconnected from employees all around. Hence, turnover across the board in multiple departments. Key positions. The only good turnover was the PV National Sales Director's recent exit. My recommendation would be to find a better medical device company that is focused on employees, patients, innovation, quality of the devices and has a clear path and track record for career progression. If you are a masochist and enjoy being tortured with zero work life balance and want to sell sub-standard products then Angio is the place. Keep in mind there is zero progression planning for growth and development and most managers are inexperienced in a leadership and clinical capacity. The managers are basically email pushers, whiners who have no depth on how to strategize, lead and create solutions.

It's easy to hit quota because its a quality product.

Quality products that are recalled, fall apart or lasers that shut down mid-procedure. If your definition of quality is sub-standard then yes, come sell Angio products. This company is a joke.

Is PV still a mess? Heard new product(s) are coming or are already out - perhaps things have turned around?

Don't be excited by a new product at AD. If they do launch one, it is new to them, but every competitor will already has it. Everyone inside the Sales Org (from the top down) knows AD cannot launch a product and I have heard from recruiters that their launches are like a monkey doing you know what to a football. Angiovac is dying and EKOS is expanding. Dead end job.
