Anyone who can give me an unbiased summary on the clinical merits of this device
compared to latent Medtronic and Maquet vents

 

The r860 is probably one of the best out there. Lots of features and a good team to stand behind it. While the introductory version was not quite there this one is contender. PB has too many software issues and while Maquet has a nice platform they clearly lack in customer support.

 

How is the rr860 doing?

 

Still having issues with expiratory valve sticking or breaking.

 

Competition obviously moves ahead Any new functionality coming or will this vent be terminated
