Avadel: New Name but Same Sh!tty Company and Same Sh!tty Leadership!

The company's new name should be AvaDelete!!!!

 

What's with the new logo? Does is represent what little is left of Michael Anserson's brain after being ravaged by Alzheimer's disease? You aren't worth your $2.5 million dollar salary grandpa. You pay most of the sales reps less than 65k but you think you deserve $2.5 million plus stock options? You are delusional and belong in a nursing home you useless bag of fossilized bones.

 

How many times is leadership going to change the sales incentive in one year to make sure the majority of us won't get paid? This company is a joke and the sales reps aren't laughing. Actually, I think some more reps are planning to leave because this place is acting like one big pyramid scam.

By the way, the Flexi-chamber launch meeting was God awful and there was nothing fun about it. Out of date role play sessions and bad food. Seriously? This company still doesn't know what it's doing because it's being run by a senile idiot for a CEO.

Interesting comments but does not suprise me as I think they still have Greg Divis as their cco possibly one of the worst and immoral pharma execs ever to come out of the USA. If the firm is slightly dodgy then Divis is the perfect commercial lead.

 

True. The CEO was basically the bag man for the Hermelins at KV and Divis has a trail of shady antics all the way back to Schering and Ketek at Sanofi before the Makena debacle at KV.

The KV connections alone would make anyone stay away from this place.

You can definitely do better than here. The management team doesn't give anyone time to get to know your customers or grow the business. You get fired without any warning whatsoever. There is no improvement plan process. If you don't produce in less than 2 quarters, you are put on a conference call by your manager with the director and hr person listening, then let go. This place is bottom of the barrel pharma. I honestly think it's a front to laundry dirty money.

 

Wasn't that nice of the ole geezer CEO, Mike "Mortician Ready" Anderson to send the pediatric sales force to a cheap national sales meeting then a couple of weeks later sell off it's crappy pediatric portfolio to Cerecor. Twice this turd once called FSC Pediatrics was polished off and sold off in the last 3 years. Won't be long before Moronic Mike gets his golden parachute and walker so he can head off to his next senile adventures.

Maybe he will be a spokesman for Depends or Life Alert. My heart goes out to all those sales folks affected. Mike can go to Hell where he was spawned.

 

Mike Anderson is about as useful as one pair of his used depends. He is a sales rep's worst nightmare because once he takes over your company, he is ready to sell it off for a short term profit within 2 years.

 

Avadel seems more like an exercise in moving money and avoiding taxes than a company dedicated to bringing products to market and competing. I guess that’s good for the executive team, but no reason for anyone else to join unless desperate.

gotta love that stock price movement. Looks like making Divis CCO isn’t helping. I mean hell, he was only the worse CEO in Pharma behind Shkreli and Bresch. Perhaps too close to call.

This company is a sh!t show lead by a senile, inept CEO, Michael Anderson. I picture him as Grandpa from the Simpsons crapping on himself and mumbling gibberish in his corporate office.

I thought Avadel was amazing at first. My manager Dave Schlaker was awesome. I'm not happy with how things worked out but some of you are being cruel talking about Mike Anderson like that. Pull back some

 

No chance. Mike Alzheimer's Anderson had no problem getting rid of the salesforce of FSC Pediatrics or Avadel. I hope the nursing home he ends up in has incompetent management and staff just like his garbage company he's mismanaging. You reap what you sow you old crow Anderson.
