    D. Brumlow. All he cares about is the number of FF miles he accumulates. No loyalty whatsoever!! Got promoted and was one of the worst DBMs in the country. Sold management on his Dale Carnegie speaking. Now only talks the talk but can't walk the walk. Out for himself and will sell you under the bus. Sad that PFE keeps making these poor management decisions. A. Daniels is the worst presenter as a manager ever. No wonder she hired and promoted DB- to cover her weakness!!

I am a manager, and You just described 80% of the managers in Pfizer!
I get physically sick when it's mamagers meeting time. Having to deal with all the ass-kissing morons at these affairs is disgusting.
But let me add this, the RM's who hired these assholes are even worse!

DM in Chicago, BAH, was eliminated, then give a regional position, rejected by whole team who said if the RM hired they would revolt, given 6 month extension after she could not find a job, then finally placed. Think of how hard Pfizer worked to keep this woman but yet let so many other talented Dm's go, so sad!

a good way to put your less than effective manager in their place is ask them to demonstrate on a couple of calls what they are looking for. My guess is they will be unable to or refuse, just sit there and criticize on opening and closing post call. A good manager should be able to demonstrate and walk the walk with their expectations. Most usually gave so much to say post call, but freeze when facing physicians. Try it

JD in Florida. Robot drone. Will smile in your face, God bless you and stab you in the back to have a favorable rating from her RM. Doesn't stand behind her people. No loyalty, except to herself.
