There is no pipeline other than a few additional indications for current meds. The #1 drug Xenazine went LOE last year and with CVS Caremark refusing to pay for it, the generic degradation will speed up. Sabril goes this year. Northera isn't setting the world on fire and why the hell we have so many psych reps to bring in so few dollars amazes me. If you are not looking....... well, consider yourself warned.
Psych is worthless but: 1. I've heard we have some crazy stupid contractual obligations with partners regarding rep numbers. 2. I think leadership keeps promising HQ that somehow they have turned the corner on the psych brands and somehow will start hitting goals. Now that idalopirdine is dead, they have no choice but to drink the coolaid the US affiliate keeps trying to sell.
