So the rest of us minions are wondering how the annual bonus payout is in US Corp? Did y'all make goals/100% payout or were you dinged for not making Germany's unrealistic goals?

Looking at a job at Merz and don't need the typical lame CP responses from the insane. My question is, do they pay bonus quarterly or annually for corporate employees that are based in the home office? Are the benefits good and is it a generally good place to work? Thank you

Bonus monthly and quarterly with quarterly/ annual goals. Good benefits. Horrible place to work. Everyone I know has left or is looking for a job. It's a very difficult place to feel motivated or secure. Things change constantly. Goals come late. Like a month into the quarter. My comp plan changes about every quarter and sometimes multiple times in the quarter. We make significantly less money than we did 5 years ago. It's chaos here, honestly. I'm not bitter. I'm just worn out. And no customers seem to take Merz seriously anymore.

Things must be bad. Merz payment due to Ulthera stockholders is due & hasn't been paid. Must have missed the number, bigly!

What does R&D do? Where are our new products. With all the problems with devices, Likens and crew should get 0
