Boy I bet gamma is excited to hear that they are now the 6th voice on Rexulti. That should get them charged up.

Just like Alpha let's us sell Trin for them, Gamma will live off our work with Rex.

I don't think you know shit from shinola, Beta Boy! Why don't you worry about what you sell and the Alpha and Gsmma teams will tend to their responsibilities. I've never seen reps trash each other like you and your breed. You are a waste of good oxygen. Asswipes like you simply need to go away.

Actually, with this incredible amount of overlap, it would make sense if Alpha walked away from Trintellix and Gamma said nothing about Rexulti. (On paper of course)

Alpha never "had" Trintellix! I bet most of them don't even know the dosage!

Hey asswipe Beta Boy, do you sell your second position product? You are fixing to be 70/30 Rexalti/ Trintellix
Gamma will be 70/30 Trintellix/Rexalti and Alpha is 70/30 Maintena/Trintellix. If you are to be believed no one sells the second product in the bag! I think you are a fucking idiot that really just likes to whine. Your new name is Goldie Lockes, because nothing is ever just right to suit you!

Next the Betas are getting Maintena Rexulti-Trin-Maintena 70-20-10

Remember Dick face, it WAS Beta that launched Trintellix, while you guys rode our coattails on Trin! I've seen Alpha stumble around a Trintellix call to the point that it was embarrassing! By this time next year, it won't amount to 2 shits anyway, because we will announce a total reorg by the end of 2017, or the beginning of 2018.

Who cares. All you psych reps generate pitiful revenue regardless of who sells your "me too" crap brands.

Hey Shit for Brains- You probably aren't an original Beta- if you were you would be thanking the Alpha team because most of you were hired through Alpha recommendations. We were also only 3 months later than Beta selling Trintellix. But what do you care? It's your second product so you don't sell Trintellix.

i am original beta from 2013.... anyone concerned with the fact there are too many of us not only at lundbeck now with beta/gamma selling the same bag but also takeda and otsuka... we all know what happened there so sad....we are in the same boat so oatsuka lays off 50% of their sales force selling rexulti we shouldn't be concerned.....
Ok product not performing to plan shocker since abilfy went generic..... future here not good

More than likely we will have a layoff/reorg by this time next year. Profit will start to drop when Sabril goes completely generic in the Spring, not to mention further generic erosion of other products. With management wasting money on a massive scale (i.e. the up coming meeting in February just to give an example), we can't continue in this configuration. No pipeline just makes it worse.

The addition of Rexulti to the Gamma bag gives the company some room to make cuts regardless of Beta or Gamma.

We need the meeting. We need managers with at least 10 Account Managers.

I do not know of a single company that has DM's with as few reps as you see at Lundbeck. What is amazing, is that some ASM's have as few as 6, and some 12. How would you feel being an ASM managing twice the number of reps for basically the same salary as someone managing 6 or 7?

In re the February meeting, no, we do not need to spend the money on something as unnecessary as this. Lundbeck meetings are no different than any big pharma meeting, nothing more than role playing. We accomplish nothing that will actually increase business, or disease state knowledge. I say save the money and time out of the field. Nobody cares about going anyway.

Don't forget the loss of residual Xenazine revenue either.

No way Lundbeck US hits 1 B again in 2017 and Europe revenue continues to shrink.

The only way we were going to keep our jobs is if Idalopirdine was approved and performed like a rock star. It's 99.9% dead so...

No need for a meeting. Honestly, managers could have 15-20 AMs working for them, especially in small geography areas. 6-10 is way too few. A field ride 1/ months is crazy for specialty reps and overkill. I agree with everything above. Probably a reorg coming my guess next nov ( start if t1 and the company new year) and gamma getting rexulti means they select who to cut not wipe the gamma sales force out completely.
