I was contacted by a recruiter for an open Molnlycke wound care position and wondering everyone's take on their position in the market? I've read they're adapting to J&J's corporate mentality which is concerning to current employees? I'm currently in med device with a cushion 135k annual pay and wasn't actively looking but willing to entertain any call. Recruiter claims there's serious money to made at Molnlycke so I'm wondering if that's still accurate? I've read mixed reviews here and on Glassdoor. Also, how's the company culture? Thanks in advance all.

KCI lost CB round 2, so there is lots of opportunity. I hear Apria is kicking the shit out of KCI with Molnlcyke vacs.

Company is reactive to market not proactive. A lot of reps are 10-2 people satisfied with 130 a year. Want to make more? The problem you will run into is nobody wants to work hard enough to keep up with a hard driver. This will create animosity and you will quit in frustration. Or you will fade and work half as hard and become another mediocre rep. I interviewed, did ride along visits and couldn't believe the poor work habits. Sadly, it was from the top down, RP, what a disappointment. Moved on and glad I did. Came to the site as I was contacted again. Appears the position I pass on, is open again. LOL.

Don't make the move. This was at one time a good place to work, but really why all of the turnover? Good products that hospitals don't want to pay a premium price for. Low base salary, and high quota numbers equal high turnover
