A lot of questions on direction, leadership and FLL behaviors. Did you complete the Survey? Do you feel comfortable being honest? Not sure anyone is listening. Time to be honest. Wasting time checking boxes, subjectivity, with some very low skilled FLL not motivating anyone. In fact, demotivating. Survey results will show all of this again. Need new and innovative approach now. Time is running out.
Never read by management, just a ploy to appease reps....gray hair here ......honest, nothing is ever read and nothing is changed.
