The said saga of Spectocor continues, yet seems to be winding down. To what end no one knows. The only hope is a buyout. Joe Bogdan has been MIA for days and having the other heiarchy does his dirty deeds. Sales reps way behind on comp plan and no payments foreseen. It's a sad situation. Mid level management leaving in droves. Holding down clients for the most part, but as more and more techs leave. The true situation will show itself to the clients. Days behind on analysis of data. Clients are not stupid. Great product, great people, being shit on by a dishonest man! The patents and the workers will be the holders of the short end of the shit stick!

Yes, things are super shitty! But we care about the patients. We are doing the best with what we have. We all just wish the owner would be honest. One day it's good news next day it's bad then it's no news! I don't think he even knows what's going to happen. I know he's pushing the billing people. He's probably taking it all home so he has something at the end! Screw the rest of us! Bastard should rot In hell!

Some of us came long after that was done. Had. I idea what we came into here. You speak like this was all common knowledge. I blame the recruiting company Aerotek for selling us the bullshit for their own numbers of recruits!

This place is horrible.. I have worked here for a year and I have seen everything. People come and go especially the last couple of month. Coo, executives, Managers and employees that have been here for years. The Owner does not care about his employees nor the patients. This ship is about to sink!'n

Well, now the HR and Owner decided that if you want to leave you must give at least a two week notice or you won't get paid PTO. This is in large part that there is hardly anyone left to work patients. Many of the quality assurance people are gone now too. This leaves very inexperienced people watching hundreds of people daily without oversight. Not enough QA's to go around. Days and days behind on working patients data. Not a good time to be on a monitor here. Human error and overworking techs has lead to very serious situations! We are waiting for the final curtain call! Until then! Grind on!!

These jack asses deserve everything they get. The don't tell us shit!!! They screwed us on bonuses but Joe makes sure he takes care of his young girlfriend! I hope he goes to jail and ends up in a cell with a lonely man. He will then feel what it's like to get royally Fu****!!!!

Joe B is a piece of shit!!! Not telling us anything at all. Yet he's walking around here like the king of the hill. He won't even answer questions for us who are paycheck to paycheck! What a loser. People are running away, leaving us super short to work servers way behind

Has anyone heard what's going on other than the ship taking on water. Have not heard if he's staying afloat or going to sink. Only thing I've been hearing are that reps not receiving expected bonuses! Major pay cuts.

It seems as though all of the innuendo and speculation hasn't totally came to light yet. Joe has a mediator trying to settle his DOJ issues. One of the puzzling pieces to me is. Why isn't be backfilling the staff that's left already. Straining his current tech staff and putting clients at risk by not working data timely. He still lives by "if we delete it, they don't see it and it never happened"! That's sad but true scenario being lived out every day! If the DOJ is truly involved, why do they let this continue, as well as any other regulatory shanty.

How does that work out? This just happened to me and they want me to pay $7,000 for an event monitor.

That's an explanation of benefits from your insurance company, not a bill. Your first clue would've been the disclaimer at the very top of the document you're referring to which states "THIS IS NOT A BILL".

Who charges over 7000 for an event Monitor. Only Spectocor and Medilynx! That's who.

Sad times for the Spectocor family. 3 great long standing QA managers have suddenly moved on! We will be missing you, Joe P, Noel and Shawn P. It's not unexpected, we all see the writing on the wall. It's funny seeing Joe Bogdan doing end of Studies! Gotta get that cheese! Before the rats come in and eat it all up!

well the good news is the loss of masses has created opportunities for those who hung in here. Huge raises across the board as enticements to stay. How long this will last is a spin of the wheel. For the meantime! Clocking those dollars! Never thought as a tech I could make this kinda dough!

That response right there is the reason why the company is failing. To all the techs its about $$$. It should always be about the patients. These are real people on these monitors. It someones loved ones. The floor managers who stayed do not know they're rhythms and can not handle the pressure. They do not even compare to the QA managers who left last month. I feel bad for the patients on service. God bless them all.

While I can sympathize with the last message on this thread, this service isn't an emergency one meant to intervene.
