Whew, what a tough week I had. Trying to get the kids to and fro school and my manager worked with me. I dread those visits! Had to shelf kiddo duty and work. Manager gets it though, I expect to work close to home and push extra work on cluster amigos. Luckily there are soo many reps in my area I can game the system and reap the rewards. Everyone laughs at me but I do not mind. Dco in town next week and already told my boss it is my day off, now a teammate has to do it, hehe. I will never be cut cause I know people.

Toodaloo, got my cab in hand after a rigorous work week, I am pooped.

Hey, I hope everyone has a great weekend. Shout out to all the shares who as always didn't work on Friday. Gimme a break already, quit already, you know everyone is on to you, you cannot hide gaming the system no more. How do you live with yourself? You lie, gossip are dumb and are plain lazy. Other reps have weekly calls about you to discuss your weeks deception. Paranoid yet? You should be.

Quit harping on our jobs. In fact we were productive today, here was my agenda:

    Coffee
    Kid duty (in fleet car)
    Watch TV
    Bit of shopping
More kid duty (in fleet car)
    Check Cafe Pharma
    Hang with hubs
More TV with hubs this time
    Wine time!
    Collect paycheck
Repeat....ahh, I love my life xoxoxo

Luv this time of year, all warm n fuzzy baking cookies all week. Thought I'd check my iPad today after a week hiatus. Next week I might work a day and then I shall return in 17'. These scams, I mean jobs are great taking in 80k per year total and I figure I work 80 business days per year. Now back to my baking and wine, soo cozy and the kids and I are heading outside to string some Xmas lights with light snow falling. Can't wait to Xmas shop in my free fleet car with tree on top. Winning.

All reps take the month of December off. Mama Merck doesn't care as reps are an expense and needed to not show too much profit. If you want to see how much reps work, check out their Instagram and Facebook pages

The job share fiasco comes to an end March first. The action has already been signed off!

Gender is also out the window on this topic as I have seen a male-female job share in the past, what a hot mess it was. When one share slacks it brings everyone down. Good managers have avoided legal by addressing the issue at hand and have reverted the position back to one full time. A slacking share who indeed returns full time never makes it unless they cry hard enough to get another share gig. If there are issues the resolution lands in the hands of management.

These parasites will be lucky to get a honeydipper position when they are excreted.

They are going to get what they deserve, no gym membership, stay at home kid responsibility, no free car, no benefits, no coffee clutches all way over due. Buy useless parasites!!

No one respects criminals and slackers. They are the hookers of the pharma world and stink in the outhouse.

Please don't expect reason from a handful of jackasses who long for the old days when only males called on docs.

As though the job was so demanding way back when. Dream on, fellas. Them days are gone and never were more than delusions of grandiosity.

Don't be PC, call them what they are whores of pharma. Nothing more nothing less.

I managed two job share teams at the same time. Both teams were mature and did their jobs well. The notion that job share employees are less responsible than full-timers is ludicrous.

The scope of infantile griping on this page shows that MRK needs to clean house of slackers who waste their work hours while earning a salary. And many of these same bums are the first to complain about users and takers in the workforce.

UPDATE: this post has been awfully quiet and here's why. Two reps fired end of December for bragging about their postings, one male and yes, one FEMALE in the Philly area.
