This is fantastic news! Robert Chai-Onn and Laurie Little, two of the biggest assholes who ever walked the planet, have FINALLY gotten their walking papers! Lots of luck to them in trying to find another job in the pharma industry, much less anywhere else.Their reputations are lower than fish crap. Oh happy day!

Lori and Rob will walk away with a hefty package. They are the lucky ones. Just wait, major layoffs and selling of assets to come with 2 weeks severance pay.

Papa is looking to reboot. Hide previous scandals with new leadership.

I know of something that hasn't leaked out yet. If I'm let go, I'll be contacting the wall street journal and Reuters to let it out.

I wonder why they didn't get rid of IT head?

If this is true and you are called to testify at a trial they will want to know why you choose to help hide the scandal. You could be found culpable.

And to be preemptive with looking like he's doing something to fix the financials being released tomorrow.

Wrong! I'm in the same boat! My lawyer already has told me to wait with my information till the appropriate time and then he will dump the bag of shit onto the fan!

Your "lawyer" advised you to continue to fulfill your job duties for a company you claim has committed previously undocumented, unethical behavior? Be real, humbly take your severance package & seek new legal advice

No. His lawyer is smart. He can't "take" a severance package. They have to offer it to him. What is he going to do, walk in and demand a severance package to keep quiet aka hush money. Stay quiet and don't give them any reason to fire him or discredit his information provided he isn't actively breaking the law.

The best weapon is the one you haven't fired yet.

His lawyer is right. Look up the Tap whistleblower lawsuit back around 2001. The Director of sales heard some stuff he didn't like from the VP and president of the company. Was advised by legal counsel to keep doing his job and gather information. After a year and a half he blew the whistle, provided all the documents needed and walked with more than $80 million for his efforts. Tap was fined nearly a billion dollars and several lower level employees wound up in jail for fraud and perjury.

Hold tight young Jedi. Listen to your attorney.

Today Papa said that "we will be reorganizing Valeant." In laymen's terms this means we will be downsizing to further reduce our debt.
