All ABL's that conrad brought over from PC need to be terminated. This includes the dickheads from Nashville and DC.

I hear there's some more PML cases on the horizon...... What's the spin going to be now?

Is it possible to spin this any further?
How many times do you beat the horse before calling it dead?

50% turnover they can't afford to have managers like this around. You will lose more people if you don't stop all the field rides. Does management ever remember being a rep. It's hard enough to see doctors now add in having your manager every 3 weeks.

Q- do they not notice or not care?

That is a great question. I believe when Gilenya was launched they needed to hire reps with MS experience for access. When these reps with experience realized what a Hell hole the MSBU became and left the company, the leaders decided to replace them with mostly internal Genmed reps. Result - inexperience is apparent. So do they care? Not really. I seems Novartis doesn't value relationships and experience. Anyone can do the job is their attitude. Turnover must not concern them because it is a revolving door and the managers remain the same. When some managers have almost the entire team turnover numerous times and others just lose a few people you would hope that would raise concern. Nope - not in the MSBU

That must be why the whole company just stinks and morale is so low across most divisions. They don't care about their people and then the people stop caring

What a waste of my life.....MS meeting is a joke as usual. This leadership team is a joke..... Let's talk about the same data for 6 years, not address any of the PML cases and watch Aubagio slowly pass us out. My eastern director looks like a nervous ferret....he's gotta be on drugs......... Where's the bar!

Glad u are heading home. Do yourself and all other reps a favor. Log onto monster and find another job. Unless u tried that but were rejected? Last thing we need in division is people like u :) be well

not the op, but are you at all familiar with the first ten pages or so of this thread, or twenty others just like it? maybe you're new or a Pollyanna but there do exist legitimate complaints in the msbu. the problem isn't the employees victimized for years

I was ready to quit after 5 years of Conrad. I am staying because of the new leadership it's different now. Conrad wanted me on a PIP after 4 very good years and 1 bad year. The guy is pond scum so glad he is gone. This was the best meeting I ever went to and the new HR dude seems honest. It may be to late for Gilenya but I will do my best. I am still worried about the low bonus and the 2 day field rides every other week. If that does change then I will leave.

No reason to leave, just won't work. Catch me if you can. Bonus is so low it won't matter anyway.

Pond scum is being very nice. I too was forced on a PIP which was based on false accusations. Good thing you had an ABL with enough balls and brains to stand up to Conrad and fight him off. Most ABL's he brought in are primary care robots that would do anything he wished. And of course that was by design. He was very careful in how he controlled the BU because of his past lawsuits and unethical business ethics. He made sure he put all his plans in motion behind someone else so that it didn't look like he was doing it. It is amazing how much great talent he chased off since the launch of gilenya, only to be replaced by kool aide drinking Novartians. I hope this man never is able to have control over a sales force. I truly hope the man spends some time in church and asks for forgiveness for the hell he has placed on employees and their families.

Listen.... If a company needs to ask how to make things right. Which they have been for the last two years. (Anything change?) then that company is a cesspool. I left Novartis and thought the whole industry just stinks anymore.....but it doesn't. I work for the competition now, took my relationships, work ethic, and knowledge to where I'm actually appreciated. (Go figure....a company that values its employees) And my old territory is covered by a Novartian that has no clue because they don't know any better, their manager rides with them every two weeks for two days (as he did with me) and he knows nothing about MS either but sure knows about spreadsheets. I think one SRF has gone through in the last month. As for me, I'm 120% of goal, making 22k more than at Novartis in base and my manager is with me once a quarter (yes, once) I left, like an abused dog I felt like my manager and the company had it out for me, my fellow team and everyone I've worked with since launch.... And they did, it sucked and I was actually always in the top 1/3 of the company. So my advise is....nothing will change. The faces will, the "we are listening" nonsense but it's like rearranging the chairs on the titanic..... Read the threads, in all divisions, this place has a systemic toxic environment and always will...... I wish you luck.......you'll need kid.
