    Question for other regions. Is your RD riding with people incessantly? Ours is Not sure if this is a national initiative or regional.

    RD's join us in the field from time to time. Part of the gig. Probably not as much as the one ya'll have in the PNW but ours does ride-alongs periodically. Sorry not sorry. Yours gets the award for the worst. Common knowledge throughout the company

    Perfect example of a horrible RD - she hires idiots, keeps r*****s, and the good ones leave the company. Not sure how she was promoted ( obamas first term) not sure how she was retained ( obamas second term); lets hope we make this right

    We'll move on and get a life when we're not spending our days chasing movantik calls, only to receive a email saying we're not getting enough calls. Oh and the email nicely points out the "bottom dwellers" and the reps with the MOST calls. Super stellar management style. Lemme go race to my next office where I can get 5 calls so I stay off a list

    While you are at it, try to sell something so you can make a bonus instead of worrying about lists.

    That's her biggest problem - she has no idea what it means to build rapport - KW talks about belief and simplicity and SB can't do either !!! She has no ability to relate to people, she has no business sense and has Zero capabilities to identify or promote talent ... she is all about JR and has been dissing DB from day one , GN get a clue and release her... so the northwest can survive under Gordnier
