    This place totally sucks
You've got managers riding their reps that are producing and those same managers are
    Firing reps like crazy

Most of the reps only last one year, if that

We tracked the reps via company issued IPhone. Feds have them now. We use find my IPhone/iTablet app. You pull up to the office, sit in car for 15 minutes then drive off. We can tell if you walked in, shared tablet data or not. We see trend (negative) we fire you!!!

    I totally agree
But even with top sales the
Regional manager is never nice or happy
    Totally toxic

This is toxic. Now my manager is scared. Sick of hearing about double-digit growth or else.

Think about it. They need to make as much as they can, as fast as they can, to pay for the inevitable DOJ settlement.

for many of us in medical, John Drum was/is such a major league asshole, that's why people are leaving. So glad I did! People at Biogen were so happy to get rid of him. Now we understand why!

Warning to new applicants: This company is under a MAJOR DOJ investigation for off label promotion. They collected everyones cell phones to read all reps text messages in the spring. Off label promotion is conducted here on a regular basis and 60% of Nuedexta Rx are written by speakers....hmmmm??? Paying for scripts much?? They will lie to your face and tell you that you will make 40k here in bonus and you are GUARANTEED 10K for the first quarter when indeed its 6k. The only people that are making money are people with speakers. Their turnover rate is out of control! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!

Everything is true but 99 percent of the scripts are written off label
The moral is so bad with totally toxic managers

Everything written above it unfortunately true. I had high hopes for my new gig but I haven't even been here a year and Im leaving. Every single person on my team is looking. This company is crap. The Q4 IC plan is a total scam for Onz.

So for the Q4 bonus plan, the Rep in Buffalo has like 250 Onzetra scripts for Q3,
so now that's her baseline for Q4, lol
Good luck growing that baseline. :)
Shes going to need 275+ scripts of Onzetra in Q4 just to make any money.

This is all accurate. If you do well one qtr, you are screwed the next. If you have two bad qtrs you are talked to and then put on a pip. These managers are low budget. The company is a scam. Begging for Otsuka to reorg! Perhaps we should start with MM who led the teams in off-label selling...and then fired the reps when the MD's called and complained!

Before a TON of us turned in our cell phones, we put in a bunch of text msg to each other about how our mgrs were sharing tactics and strategies about selling off label. Yes, we put in names and dates and through a bunch of programs in that needed to be investigated...cue
