    Unbelievable the degree to which our leaders refuse to just allow the rank and file to be heard. On matters that could likely earn them a significant amount of money with simple changes.

    Stop complaining- 6 days a day is certainly doable!! core message on every call is doable. Get with program or no problem monitoring performance so company gets what it needs to move market. There are plenty of people that would be happy to have the job.

    Roughly 10-12 years ago, as a DM, I had the same discussion with VP of sales. Tried to explain to him that KPI's when made a defining measure were worthless. If reps are pressed hard for a certain number of calls(reach and frequency) otherwise honest people will give you the number you want to see. It's all about the Swiss being fed the lies as well as the stock market. I'm doubtful it will ever end. So you decide-be honest and face the consequences or lie and give them what they want to see-there is no changing their minds or logical approach.
