IO is likely the worst place to be. With no access and pod misery ( even having a terrific product) sucks when offices constantly say "thanks, but no thanks". CV is just slightly better. That leaves ImmunoScience, which is just sort of cruising along, making it the best of the worst. Very few happy in IO, as I know all too well. It's a matter of putting in the time.
