Things happen. Big deal! I'm sure the am didn't mean to do this. I've seen this before when an electric gate doesnt open and several cars get stuck behind the first car. They all start blowing their horns and driving the person crazy. I'm shocked that law enforcement would be involved over something so petty. I'm sure there was video to document this accidental event.
