Really depends on the department. Some really good people there, but the Executive Mgmt is HORRIBLE! You might be ok on a day-to-date basis, but long term this is a company with a huge number of mgmt issues that could make things hard to take.

I'm currently in Project Management and looking to get out (you can have my job!). Too many layers of oversight, and I spend more than 50% of my time reporting internally to all of our VPs...hardly any time for my client!!!!

Agree with the other post here. temporary is ok but avoid all together if you can. Management is very bad and do not expect to get compensated for your extra efforts. The management team treats everyone like they are better than them and below them. If you prefer to advance based on popularity vs actual merit this is the place for you. What a joke.

I would never recommend PRA to anyone I know in the industry. They absorbed a lot of the Exces, recruiters and HR from RPS. RPS was notorious for its many law-suits, one of them being sexual in nature involving their Director of Recruitment. Also, they notoriously hired a very sick individual (Keri Winkler) to direct their Amgen pilot group which turned into massive lay-offs, resignations, people being fired under FALSE and SLANDEROUS accusations. RPS/PRA just shoved all that under their rug and many many good employee's careers were ruined. I would not work for this company since they don't really seem to protect their own.
