to those it may concern (we know, you probably don't care),
you didn't hire us; many of you are much newer than we are, but not all. we are NURSES. the intent, when really great leaders built our program (& fought for it), was about PATIENTS. that's where our titles came from, months after the original group was hired on here.
we are here, more to the point, to assist patients, and you're sucking the nurse out of us. we are good at knowing when an office needs help and love to go there and be educators, but please don't start this number of days and number of accounts nonsense.
your bottom line isn't our concern. patients and specialty services are, and you're confusing these very quickly. your misdirection, among other things, has caused some pretty great people to leave. others are looking, some wishing. please don't incite the mass exodus predicted. please do the right thing by your nurses, patients, and offices

You know a good program is out the window when they try to make the nurses sell
Big pharma never learns, either from within or without
True educators headed out. Bye, Felicia

    Not in metrics=not happening
What is in metrics comes from least reliable data source on the planet
And all of the above is completely moot because we have zero incentive to do anything because our payout stinks, regardless of what we do, or how well it's done
Add to this that there's no way you're winning a trip unless your lips are firmly planted where any self-respecting nurse would never place them
Run your business how you see fit to meet the needs of your patients, your offices, and yourself

Since the Jorie acquisition/hostile takeover, the following have been on back order:
    Common sense
    Professionalism
    Loyalty
    Integrity
    Innovation
    Leaders
    Good decision making
    Common sense (again)
    Ethics
    & most of all,
    Trust
Sorry, but we don't anticipate a return to stock a single one of these items anytime soon. We would apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but hey, we're NVS and we don't care

Do we have a leader aware of common business or leader etiquette regarding meetings and/or calls? You know, the rule, both spoken and unspoken, that states that these should never occur in any time zone after noon on Fridays?
Cannot for the life of me understand why they have so little respect for their team that this continuously occurs.
Thanks for your flagrant disregard of us as professionals!

Half a dozen or more seriously considering going back to contract work to be actual CNEs again

    We do not
No calls or meetings on Friday anywhere I've ever worked unless a serious emergency
Tried to wait it out, but need to get out now

I didn't realize how awful it was there until I got out. Like a gunshot victim unable to feel the pain at first because it's too much to bear or something.
If you're able to leave, you will find why you went into this to begin with again. Most programs are nothing like what they're doing to this. Chin up & resumes out!!!

Funny thing, I like change. Variety, spice, all that. I can honestly say in all my life I've never missed anyone like I miss Deb Norton. Everything good left with her:(

How do y'all feel about the inaccurate data from the hub?

The data is a joke. So
Much of my data is wrong in the galaxy report-it's not even worth fixing. What a mess

Has been like this from day one. Tell them over and over again. No one listens because they could care less.
Guess it doesn't matter because the IC stinks anyway, but it's a matter of principle

First inclination was serious anger. Dissipated quickly to indifference.
Nothing here surprises me anymore. Nothing motivates me either.
They give meh, they'll get meh in return

If I can weasel out of this next meeting, I may ride it out to the end of the year

Why have national calls turned into useless drivel instead of communication from our leaders?

No meeting. Good to look and usher in a happy new year in a new environment
Thanks for doing the right thing once ever, even if it wasn't for us

Any other peeps been here a long-ER time notice not being asked for feedback?
Like the new leaders only want to hear from inexperienced, non-tenured, often non-NVS employees that quite possibly just tell them what they want to hear or nothing at all since they don't really know anything?
    Just a thought...

High consumers of kool-aid, those new peeps
    Rest of us know better
    Chin up, resume out
You'll be out soon if you're wise
