Has any other past Novartis sales rep received a call from an investigator?

Yes many past and present . It's that huge lawsuit where they are investigating 80,000 novartis programs I think . Mds contacted as well. I wouldn't really worry.

you are just as guilty if you conducted non compliant programs. Novartis didn't have regulations and audits put into place to monitor rogue reps as they do now.

excepted management forced & directed these shams
& reps were/are under constant threat/harrasment to perform these charades
in fact reps have to follow leadership directives or ultimately get terminated
but live in your fantasy, employees reviews, mid terms, year ends, FCR's , call notes etc
ad infinitum will all be consistent & expose the many schemes management created
Oh & all those reports go ALL the way up the food chain including BPO , Ethics & Compliance HR
    to name a few ;)

So AFTER the CIA was signed by novartis in 2010 novartis, STILL didn't create viable regulations, conduct audits or monitor programs? Interesting.
Certainly explains activities in South Korea, Turkey, Italy, France, Russia, Japan & China among others.

I also love the current ADS system. I will enter an accounts' information into a computer spreadsheet of sorts and continually regenerate this prepopulated form without ever having anyone sign in for a lunch again. How is this ok?

Yep, it isn't. Not a rep, but go to lunches with them. Have never seen a sign-in sheet used. The staff is continually confused, asking where to sign and then why they don't need to....not good

Not good? Who gives a shit - it's all government over-reach anyway. Where's the ADS sheet for government contractors? Who's making sure there's no under-handed activity there? The problem is that Americans are FAT, STUPID & LAZY (ever see the movie WALL-E?) and when they get diagnosed with a resulting condition, all they do is bitch about the big, bad drug companies and how expensive the drugs are.

Um, no. You're supposed to have some integrity and get terminated rather than break the law.

I'm afraid "my boss made me do it" doesn't fly anymore.

What kind of investigator (internal?) and what were they investigating? Bc I also know compliance (the BPO office) is going around "investigating" calls and whatnot. Like actually calling offices.

If it is internal admit to NOTHING. No matter how much they ensure you "if you admit to it now and are truthful they will show lenience." You will be fired. I know from direct experience. They will pretend they are sympathetic to the pressures we are under, etc. but trust me admit nothing.
