    Where do I start?

Everyone does it, wait that's a blanket statement. Okay, 99.99999999% of reps do it. Some worse than others.

There is always a comedian in the crowd. Hint : HR compiles a record of your activity, some audio, some tape, some written and signed by a notary, etc., THEN the ax falls. There is nothing Sparky can do when called in.....nothing.

Oh please! Listen up mission impossible, have you EVER known anyone that had that kind of scrutiny beside maybe a guy with mob ties that the feds are looking at. AND, if the mob were involved, the tattletale princess would be wearing some very fashionable cement boots!

Hell, my Breo counterpart calls on docs who were out of the country on vacation and docs who have been retired for 6 months. He averages 12 calls a day. Just waiting for my manager to ask me why I can not do the same. That is when I will lower the boom!

No one will do anything. Once you open a can of worms you have a target on your own back. Your life will be more miserable than it already is. Put in a days work and move on. BTW- your manager fakes calls also.

Tough guy ? Naw, just get your mind out of the ghetto son. They run audits, and have for many many years. They build a case for cheaters and will have records of calls, statements from reps and office personel , perhaps even audio and video tape. They will call you in to a hotel , present their evidence, see what you say if you are able to speak ,give you taxi fare home, and that's it. It's as easy as that for us ! By the way kid........you are committing fraud. Look up that word.

    Spooky spooky spooky!!!!

Listen up, it's been well established that I decide my day. There is a suggested time in field and they can't enforce that even. We decide how our sales days goes.

I've watched the Wild West for too many years to worry about any evidence.

They....don't....do....anything. Unless the behavior is outrageous, nobody does anything and the manager really doesnt want to know about it. Just fake what you need to, do the best you can, and everyone is happy. I tried the honest route for a year, all it got me was a "4" on the calibration even though I can run circles around anybody in the role plays and real world. I have given up trying to set the bar higher, it helped nobody and punished me - done with that. Prediction - next calibration is a "3" and all is forgotten. If not, I Have extensive files of evidence to use if needed to drop a few bombs, but dont really want to harm teammates unless necessary. We'll see.

Many ppl have dirt, DMs don't work honest day's either.

Aqua fresh rep would be a step up from this job. We don't even sell anything past launch. If you think dressing up in a suit & tie lurking for a signature and giving MC reminders in 30 seconds is somehow "better" than that you might be out of your mind.

Let me go get a few window sigs in my nice clothes. Ttyl
