They wanted to know if I had any information about who shot JR. I said that happened a very long time ago and I cannot recall. If anyone has any information, please just respond directly to this chain because FBI monitors this site very closely. At least that's what Jimmy Comey told me when he called.

Time is but a mist and soon there will be gnashing of teeth and wailing. Take control of your tongues and run to the DOJ to secure a plea bargain and beg for leniency. Oh they're going down, manager from Cleveland, Frank, that quit or got fired, went to Neurocrine, and was actually named in the investigation, a doctor showed me the document. Also, that regional manager was also listed by name!!!! Way to go!!!!

Very solid and accurate post. I've seen these investigations in the industry before. Accusations made that give the DOJ "probable cause" to investigate. Then you get raided, as this dump did. Following that is a long period of silence where all the evidence is examined and the DOJ case is made. THEN, the stuff hits the fan. This is how it rolls. The fact that the gov't had enough to seize assets is not a verdict of guilty, but it sure isn't a good thing, in fact, it's pretty bad. When the final investigation is complete, then you'll see an avalanche. (assuming the DOJ does their job)

 

Things are getting pretty bad. Heads starting to roll. But now for compliance reasons. MM has totally misjudged how bad things can get. I guess DP cut a sweet deal.
