If you're applying for a position of Indian in R&D, you should have no trouble getting hired, regardless of your abilities.

Then you can do the needful and make new flavors of Patanase and Systane.

Today is the day to be Indian. You will then find yourself traveling in pairs or groups at all times. No Indian left solo.

They are multiplying fast. Go to tower B or C on the 2nd floor and you'll see.

Wow, sad to see Alcon's demise this way.....stop with the racist comments. This may be an anonymous thread and you may not be exposed, but karma will find you. And karma is not an indian principle....its universal. Be kind, don't be a troll. No pride in that.

Here we are in the 21st century and we still have imbeciles like you who believe in "karma".

    Let me guess, Hillary supporter?

Only if they pay to further your schooling. Why work for a company unless they further invest in you? Ask this straight up and report back.

It's not racism. It's frustration. For the last 2 years we've watched our coworkers get shit-canned only to see their positions be filled with people in India or Malaysia. Alcon is not the problem. Novartis is. They're skinning us to the fucking bone.

Just stating the facts. Calling it racist won't change that.

It is not an issue of racism as I am an non-Caucasian American, whose job was transferred overseas(India, Mexico, Malaysia, etc). This is big business being and acting like a business. Govt should incentivize businesses to not move jobs overseas thru different methods, one of which is to lower corp tax, tax credit for hiring citizens, investment credits for training , etc...

Yes, but Wikileaks revealed that Clinton now wants to open our borders. If you think the country is in the toilet already, well, just you wait...
