Damn it!!!! I am so darn sick of management acknowledging only the Gammas for Trintellix numbers!!!!!! WTF!!!!! If you don't want to acknowledge the gamma AND the BETA then don't put it in the Beta bag!!!!!!! A lot of us betas have made the Trintellix numbers - gammas came late And are a PaRT of the success- but BETAS are actively promoting Trintellix!!!!!!! I know my gamma does an ok job with it- but I am moving Trintellix. Same with many other territories!!!! So damn it home office and DM's- recognize BOTH reps for Trintellix numbers!!!!! Please!!!!! The gammas had 10-20% increase in goals- for one product!!!! betas had 70-95% increase in rexulti goals and 20-40% increase in Trintellix! We are carrying a heavy load and need to be recognized!!!!!!
Revisit the gamma vs. beta threads. Gamma has 1/2 the responsibility of beta but doesn't get paid half as much.
