Anyone want a shiny Nissan, Ford, or VW? We have several slightly used "enterprise" models just to your liking.
In late 2016 or early 17', take your pick. There will prob be literally hundreds to choose from.
Hence, the 2016 "focus to win" shiny black edition of the Ford Fusion.
Or, how bout a 20% downsizing model of the Chrysler Sebring. Come one, come all.we promise to have them available.

i am so so so glad my car renewed in January. I won with this one, which is long overdue considering the cars I had in the recent 7 years. I would have been devastated by the news of getting a recycled car.

I don't care what anyone says, "free or not", it's nothing like having a brand new company car that you actually enjoy.

so embarrassing to drive some of these cars... Does not give company good image and monthly personal use fee is high compared to other companies ,that in some cases offer much better cars-I am seriously considering leasing a personal vehicle. This place needs to seriously get it together and start thinking about the importance of their people! Good luck retaining top talent AZ!

The "top talent" has left the building. Wake up and get out. We are all trying to exit in our district. Literally half of us that I know of. We talk about it openly, that's how bad it's become.

Agreed . The monthly cost is high, compared to other companies . The selection is horrible ! if the company is trying to cut cost , why don't they sell all the old vehicles . If there's so many I bet they can make a pretty penny . It's definitely smarter than holding on to them .

We should go to a monthly allowance and get to choose our own vehicles. Win win for everyone!

I work in a bad city area in the midwest. My car is always breaking down and i just keep gettig it fixed. AZ wont replace it even though i've asked repeatedly. I told my husband about it so if anything does happen to me while im sitting in drug infested areas waiting for a tow truck, he can call the appropriate attorneys.

It all starts with showing your ppl respect. If you are going to have employees pay personal usage fee than at least offer some cars ppl might want to pay for. In addition, replace vehicles regardless of mileage at no more than 4years-I know reps at our company that are driving vehicles that look straight from the ghetto. That's reflective on the company and in some cases a lawsuit waiting to happen for safety reasons.

Has anyone received communication on whether they get to order or when they will receive someone's used car?

Enterprise years. This company is so cheap. I am working towards the all day lie. Only doing 2 hour days as is, that's too much.

Honestly I would love to know who the genius was to choose the Chevy Malibu with low profile front end as a company car. This car is falling apart because of snow, hills, entrances to parking lots that are steep. The front end bottoms out and has broken so many times yet fleet claims it is avoidable? This car has more blind spots than other safer options. And it is so fragile, the slightest bump from another car breaks the clips that hold the panels I place. Cheaply made vehicle and poor choice for the amount of driving and parking we do.

Holy shit brother I could have written this above , I ditto everything above plus electrical integrity from the cars main control system would shut down on me sporadically while in drive at different speeds , the car would still operate but without steering and brakes , it took almost a year fighting with General Motors , fleet and AZ to resolve it . The problem would occur while in GM service department. The front end story was a total disaster,I almost lost perks because of AZ point system . I finally wore down fleet by bringing my car in for service repair for every little thing ,that they let me order a new car early.

I have a Malibu too! Every little bump scrapes the bottom of the car regardless of how careful I am. Defroster in the back is terrible! Never gets hot enough to melt snow and ice off the glass and then it refreezes. I've always been worried about the auto shut off.....

A few years ago Pfizer started offering car allowance as an option. It would be nice to have the same.

Given the ridiculous price of cars now it may not be so great.

I honestly never really gave a crap what kind of car I got as long as most other aspects of my job/company were positive. This however puts another item on the ever growing list of why this is a second rate organization.

AZ is one of the companies that I am interviewing with....out of curiosity, I have ask how much do they deduct monthly for company cars? They don't tell you that on the interview haha. A friend of mine worked for AZ 10 yrs ago & said it was $90/month.
