true! They are firing people left and right according to what I know. I was a tech there and they are not loyal to any employees. There's floor managers and qa's that worked their ass off and managers but yet they didn't care. I left because I knew what was happening. I hope the best for the people that are left!

they Fired Pete the Puppet today. Rest of sales force with exception of very select few will be gone next week. They will only transition minimal staff to Medilynx. Joe continues to lie to his people to try and get all the revenue he can before the takeover happens. The staff is foolish to stay unless they want the unemployment. Joe once again, used his company as a mac machine to support failure after failure without the financial wherewithal to build a foundation to the company that made it all happen. He goes down as the worlds biggest loser!
    Peace Bitches! ((((((Mic Drop))))))??

as I reflected back on the spectodrama, a guy who left over a year ago, predicted this scenerio to us after a national sales meeting. He said to me and others, bad things that were going on would to lead to Marek owning it all. We all thought he was full of bullshit and a nutcase. Who knew? Hi ho hi ho, it's off to work I go..... until they let me go!!!!

no one really knows. They had to submit the deal to the chancery court. there are rumors the Department of Justice wants to get back some monies but I've not seen or heard anything concrete on that. If that part is true who knows when a M&A can complete. If he owes the Government I don't know if he has the resources to pay it. That would require the MDG folks to up the Anty for the takeover. But if he offered Andy 34 million for 75% steak which we all think was way too hi, then paying Joe's fines and fees still gets him Spectocor for fire sale price. No matter what! The BS they are telling clients it's "business as usual" is near criminal. It's certainly morally bankrupt. He's trying to save what he can to keep the value as high as he can. Makes sense, but hard on the conscious of the reps who have to sale the lies!

oh Please, how hard can it be for them. They spew the lies to save those high commission checks. They have no conscious or they would not lie about deleted data and missed urgent notifications. It's purely self preservation! Don't feel guilty for Amy of these people. They all know the harsh realities, they sold their souls to the devil for money! Kharma is a bitch! See if any of them make the money the made with "Crooked Joe"!

Everyone has their own opinions regarding this company, the owner, and the workers. The sins of the owner and/or the C levels (past and present) are most definitely not the sins of the rest of the company. Despite everyone's belief, there are still people that give a crap about the patients, facilities and co-workers that they talk to and work with on a regular basis. Additionally, there are several employees that still go and bust their ass everyday to make sure that their work is a reflection of them and not anyone else. Yes, unfortunately a lot of amazing people (some not so) will be out of a job soon. To me, that's not really something to come onto this page and anonymously applaud. At the end of the day, I at least know that when I leave the office I am completely content with my work ethic and that my moral integrity hasn't been called into question. Thanks for the laughs and the nicknames though, probably the only thing this thread has contributed.

I also agree with this comment but it's sad when nobody appreciates the hard work we do and at the end of the day it won't matter because we will all Be without jobs.

Well stated. I had the privilege to work with many people there. It was the best group of people I had the pleasure to work with. making light of the plight of people in this situation is morally bankrupt. All of these peoples lives and families matter

well sad news at Spectocor. The lack of trained staff and over working what you have has caused a centinal event. Over the weekend a patient was matched to the wrong monitor. Patient has multiple elongated pauses. Doctor called. Patient sent to ER. Sadly it was the wrong patient. Monitor numbers not matched to correct patient. Patient who actually had pauses sadly due to circumstances had the chance of survival greatly reduced because of the error! This is fact and not fiction.

What's lame about facts! It's Lame that this Company is shitting on it's staff with no telling what's next. I would not put anyone on this service right now! People who can leave are, others still trying to leave before it all ends. You're lame for defending the lies and hiding the truth from clients and doctors who trust us unknowingly
