Poor Lisa just gets hired into roles she has no business holding. Possession of the PharmD degree is not a designation that immediately connotes a deeper understanding of business, and certainly not manufacturing sciences.

And it is not just PET that will be screwed up; their precious Xofigo relationship will also suffer from this fundamental misunderstanding. You cannot be successful as a CMO if you do not even understand your own shortcomings as a manufacturing operation.
