I agree. This post doesn't even make sense. The entire training team does a great job and is very tight. And I know Tyra. She's not going anywhere. That's a ridiculous rumor. She always talks about how she enjoys this job. Idiots posting.

 

Facts are facts. She hires men and surrounds herself with men at every opportunity. It's just who she is ladies. Get over it and feel free to stay out of training. More positions for us. She's not going to

I think our training department is incredible

 

Our training department was great 5 years ago. The way it's run now is pathetic.

 

I think it's come a long way in the 6 years I've been here. I'm not sure we all agree that Sabina should be the one running the show but she has some good people working for her. I could never work for her but she seems to be making things better.

 

Two worst departments at Sunovion- Training and Human Resources. You would have to get raped in the building to get them to respond.

 

I agree. Talk to any of our fbts and they will give you the truth about Sabina and Rick and that every sales trainer in house is miserable and hates their job. They all want to get out as fast as they can. It's a poorly run department and getting worse.

 

Let's start the New Year with positive thoughts and actions. There is nothing wrong with Training and HR. They work hard and support our company's goals. To all my Sunovion colleagues, let's stay POSITIVE and make 2017 a stellar sales performance year. Life is better with SUCCESS!

 

Agreed, Sabine and Rick are both great leaders and work very hard. The training department is better than it's been in years and I am extemely impressed with everything they do. Let's keep 2017 going in a positive direction

 

Please just make sure to keep Mike and Tyra. I don't know what I would do without them. Two examples of extraordinary talent and real world. They are always available for us and set the bar high.

 

Ditto on that. They are about as good as it gets please don't let them go. I admire our training department.
